- Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales
- Monitor and maintain optimal product display and shelf positioning in retail outlets
- Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure consistent stock availability
- Collaborate with MT/GT partners to align on trade marketing strategies
- Analyze sales data and promotional effectiveness to report on performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Assist in creating trade marketing plans and promotional budgets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of FMCG industry practices preferred
