This pivotal role involves monitoring global market trends to identify profitable trading opportunities while strategically managing the company's commodity exposure. You'll execute complex transactions on the London Metal Exchange (LME), ensuring optimal pricing and risk mitigation. The position requires meticulous oversight of end-to-end trading operations, including invoice processing, stock movement tracking, and client relationship management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless supply chains and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a key contributor to our trading division, you'll analyze market data, prepare performance reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making that drives the company's competitive edge in the global metals market.

- Monitor global commodity markets and analyze price trends to inform trading strategies
- Manage trading exposure through hedging and risk mitigation techniques
- Execute LME transactions and coordinate with brokers for optimal execution
- Oversee end-to-end trading operations including invoicing, stock movement, and logistics
- Coordinate with clients to resolve trading discrepancies and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare comprehensive trading reports and performance analyses for stakeholders
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless trading workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commodity trading or metals industry
- Deep understanding of LME operations and global metal markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and data
- Proven experience in risk management and trading exposure control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination
- Proficiency in trading platforms and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
