Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Special Education or related field
- Teaching certification recognized by Singapore's MOE
- Minimum 2 years experience in special education settings
- Proficiency in developing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools
- Certification in crisis intervention or behavioral management preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse learners
