Tanggung Jawab
- Learn and master various baking techniques under the guidance of experienced bakers
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area following food safety standards
- Interact with customers, providing product information and recommendations
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings
- Follow company procedures for food handling and storage
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail experience preferred
