Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior bakers in preparing dough, batters, and fillings according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent product quality and presentation
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all baking and storage areas
- Package and label finished products accurately while adhering to inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service in the bakery section, addressing inquiries and product recommendations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with strong interest in baking and food preparation
- Previous experience in F&B or retail environments is highly advantageous
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
