Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethics training programs for employees and third-party associates
- Create engaging communications materials including workshops, e-learning modules, and informational content
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment of ethics initiatives with business goals
- Analyze training effectiveness and communications impact to optimize program delivery
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for training and communications support
- Design and distribute ethics-related communications through multiple channels (email, intranet, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory changes and update training content to maintain compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, training development, or corporate communications
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content
- Experience developing and delivering training programs including e-learning solutions
- Proficiency in learning management systems and communication tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
