Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging training programs, including new hire onboarding and continuous upskilling modules.
- Utilize diverse instructional methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure knowledge retention.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and side-by-side coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to identify training gaps and refine curriculum.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance tracking, and performance reports.
- Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that aligns with IntouchCX core values.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to drive individual development and performance improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, or Customer Service Team Lead.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced BPO environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust training delivery accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
