Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of NCLEX training programs
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with training standards
- Assess learner readiness and implement improvement strategies as needed
- Develop and maintain training materials aligned with NCLEX standards
- Manage and mentor a team of trainers and educators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for training programs
- Stay updated on NCLEX exam requirements and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in education or training management
- Familiarity with NCLEX standards and requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with vendor management and evaluation
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
