Tanggung Jawab

- <li>Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Pest Control Technicians and support staff.</li>
- <li>Conduct regular performance appraisals and skill gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within the team.</li>
- <li>Prepare and maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation required for internal and external audits.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with management to implement process improvements based on training outcomes and industry best practices.</li>
- <li>Ensure all training materials comply with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.</li>
- <li>Mentor new hires and provide ongoing support to existing team members to enhance their technical and soft skills.</li>
- <li>Organize workshops, seminars, and refresher courses to keep the team updated on the latest pest control techniques and technologies.</li>

Kualifikasi
- <ul>
- <li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, Training and Development, or a related field is preferred.</li>
- <li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a technical role within the Pest Control or Facilities Management industry.</li>
- <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li>
- <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and deadlines simultaneously.</li>
- <li>Proven ability to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.</li>
- <li>Certification in Pest Control or Safety Training is a plus.</li>
- <li>Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within Metro Manila for on-site training if required.</li>
