Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end transport operations including fleet management, route optimization, and service quality control
- Develop and implement strategic mobility solutions aligned with Gojek's business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with logistics, tech, and customer experience teams
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Drive innovation in mobility services through market research and competitive analysis
- Mentor and develop transport operations teams to achieve operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport management, logistics, or mobility operations
- Proven track record in managing fleet operations and service delivery teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Expertise in Indonesian transportation regulations and market dynamics
- Proficiency in logistics management software and data analytics tools
