Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of travel consultants to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Design, curate, and optimize diverse travel packages, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners to secure the best rates.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to suggest improvements in product offerings.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel/tourism industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS or OTA platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management is preferred.
