Walter Mart is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Assistant to support the Business Center in Balanga City, Bataan. In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day treasury operations, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the finance team to monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and prepare accurate financial reports that drive strategic decisions.
You will be tasked with processing daily banking transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate recording of cash movements. This includes preparing cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity, and coordinating with banks to resolve any discrepancies. Your attention to detail will help maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, while your analytical mindset will support the preparation of weekly and monthly treasury reports for senior management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily treasury transactions, including receipts, payments, and fund transfers.
- Perform cash flow forecasting and monitor account balances to ensure liquidity.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate treasury records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Support the finance team in audit preparations and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or SAP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and basic knowledge of banking processes.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in Balanga City, Bataan.
