Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMR) on buses and trucks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using computerized diagnostic equipment and manual troubleshooting methods.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brake systems, steering mechanisms, and suspensions.
- Conduct thorough post-repair road tests to verify that all maintenance and repair works meet strict safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance actions, parts used, and repair times in the company database.
- Adhere strictly to workshop safety guidelines, clean workspace standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven hands-on experience as a technician or mechanic working specifically on trucks, buses, or heavy vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, pneumatic brakes, electrical wiring, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using mechanical hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic scanners.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver's License (with restriction codes for heavy vehicles is a highly preferred advantage).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
