Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-to-end technical support for construction projects including planning, execution, and closure phases
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify technical requirements and compliance issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including reports, specifications, and quality control protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical discrepancies
- Implement best practices for construction methodologies and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and provide technical recommendations to mitigate risks
- Stay updated on industry innovations and emerging construction technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within construction or engineering
- Proficiency in technical documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulatory requirements
