- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on golf course equipment including mowers, aerators, and irrigation systems
- Conduct daily inspections and diagnostic testing to identify mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory for equipment fleet
- Collaborate with grounds crew to minimize equipment downtime during peak operations
- Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Order and manage maintenance supplies while optimizing operational efficiency
- Train staff on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience with turf maintenance equipment or similar heavy machinery
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in mechanical repair techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of golf course maintenance standards and practices
