Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain two-way radio systems for commercial clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex radio equipment malfunctions
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency repair services
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support and system optimization
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive servicing
- Train clients on proper radio operation and troubleshooting
- Document service reports and maintain technical records
- Collaborate with sales team to provide technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in electronics or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with two-way radio systems
- Strong knowledge of radio frequency principles and electronics
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and repair techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Familiarity with industry standards (FCC, PTCRB)
