- Inspect, diagnose, and repair tyres and rims to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform tyre mounting, balancing, and alignment services with precision
- Provide expert advice to customers on tyre selection, maintenance, and replacement options
- Manage inventory of tyres and rims, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Operate and maintain specialized tyre fitting equipment safely
- Document service records and maintain workshop cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Tyre & Rim Specialist or similar automotive role
- Strong technical knowledge of tyre specifications, brands, and applications
- Certification in tyre fitting and balancing is highly desirable
- Ability to operate tyre machinery and diagnostic tools proficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
