Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve design solutions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and translate business goals into impactful design strategies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile application design.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, orchestrating design projects and mentoring junior talent.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling effective communication with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive designs.
