Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI components for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and optimize user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation excellence.
- Create consistent design systems, style guides, and brand assets to maintain visual identity across all platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior metrics to proactively improve digital product usability.
- Translate complex business concepts into meaningful, easy-to-understand visual narratives.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging digital technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and mobile-first principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
