ScienTec Consulting is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team based in the Central Region of Singapore. This contract position offers the chance to shape digital products that delight users and drive business growth for our diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the endâtoâend design process, from initial concept and user research through to highâfidelity visuals, interactive prototypes, and final implementation support. You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights, translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces that meet both user needs and technical constraints.
Collaboration is at the heart of our workflow. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure designs are not only visually stunning but also feasible, performant, and consistent across devices. By participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standâups, and retrospectives, you will help refine priorities and iteratively improve product experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, from concept sketches to polished, productionâready designs. Proficiency in industryâstandard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision is essential, while familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be advantageous for communicating with development teams.

- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Design highâfidelity UI elements and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation consistency.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and experience of digital products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HumanâComputer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Solid understanding of userâcentered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience with user research methodologies and dataâdriven design decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- Knowledge of frontâend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
