Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and analyze complex insurance applications and documentation within the property and casualty lines.
- Process underwriting requests, data entry, and maintain accurate records in the company’s core systems.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, agents, and clients to clarify policy details and resolve inquiries.
- Conduct risk assessment activities and prepare detailed underwriting reports for review.
- Collaborate closely with senior underwriters to ensure policy compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor daily workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members during the night shift rotation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a related customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles, terminology, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and documentation.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
