Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Financial Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive market share growth in the Pangasinan region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Recruit, select, and onboard top-tier talent to build a robust and high-performing sales force.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and business insights to senior management.
- Organize and participate in community and client engagement events to promote AXA's products and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve peak performance.
- Licensed insurance agent or willing to obtain the necessary license (preferred).
- Highly organized with strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Resident of Pangasinan or willing to be assigned in Aguilar, Pangasinan.
