Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services such as loans, credit cards, and investment options
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction documentation
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Process loan applications and assist customers with credit card applications
- Conduct cash management and ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
- Participate in branch sales campaigns and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong sales orientation and customer-focused mindset
