Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes.
- Uphold company values and policies while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate (College graduate or undergraduate is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- With or without prior BPO experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work onsite at UP Technohub, Quezon City on a shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Must be willing to work in a blended (voice and non-voice) account environment.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
