Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee physical maintenance of agricultural properties including equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure
- Develop and implement comprehensive soil fertility management programs and manuring schedules
- Monitor soil health through regular testing and analysis, adjusting nutrient strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with agronomy teams to align manuring practices with crop rotation plans
- Manage inventory and logistics of soil amendments and fertilizers
- Train and supervise farm workers on proper maintenance and manuring techniques
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming standards
- Prepare detailed reports on soil conditions, maintenance activities, and crop nutrition outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in agricultural management with focus on soil fertility
- Proven expertise in manuring programs and soil amendment application
- Certification in sustainable agriculture practices preferred
- Strong analytical skills for soil testing data interpretation
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary agricultural teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and environmental standards
