We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our facilities management team at Country Garden Pacificview. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our commercial complex. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing essential building systems to support the daily needs of our tenants and visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, and general building equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in building systems to minimize downtime and restore operations quickly.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and work orders to ensure continuous facility uptime.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety systems, elevators, and other critical infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably within a shopping mall or commercial complex.
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering.
- Strong understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) and basic electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night duties.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
