Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch sales and procurement strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and operations staff to ensure peak performance.
- Oversee used car appraisal processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize branch profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Bandung automotive sector to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through professional service and effective problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and local automotive regulations.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and performance analytics for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive management or retail branch management, specifically within the used car sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of vehicle valuation, market pricing, and automotive financing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be willing to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
