- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, credit) for seamless product execution
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal product governance policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product planning, automotive finance, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and automotive industry trends
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and financial modeling
