Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional site visits and surveys to customer locations to verify data and assess creditworthiness.
- Proactively generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective used car leasing clients.
- Prepare and present accurate financial proposals and leasing options to potential customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing clear explanations of contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Prepare comprehensive field reports based on site visits to assist in decision-making processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field surveying, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for daily field mobility.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for performing on-site customer verification.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and mobile-based reporting tools.
