AutoStudio Philippines Corporation is looking for a dedicated Utility/Greeter to join our growing team in Lahug, Cebu! As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
In this role, you will be the face of our facility. You are responsible for ensuring that every visitor feels accommodated from the moment they step through our doors. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all clients and visitors upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and lobby areas throughout the day.
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
- Perform general utility tasks, including light office maintenance and supply replenishment.
- Provide administrative support by answering basic inquiries and directing guests to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and facility standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor lobby traffic and maintain a neat, professional presentation at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or a utility role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a busy, high-traffic environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive shop operations is a plus.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks related to shop and facility maintenance.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a proactive work ethic.
