Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver documents, packages, and messages promptly across company locations and external sites
- Perform light maintenance tasks including equipment checks, minor repairs, and facility upkeep
- Operate company vehicles safely for deliveries and site transportation
- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and maintenance materials
- Assist with event setup, furniture assembly, and space reorganization
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards to supervisors
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely task completion and workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and operate tools safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthiness and attention to detail for confidential deliveries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
