In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency of our workplace by ensuring our facilities remain clean, organized, and sanitary. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all office areas, warehouse spaces, and common facilities.
- Regularly perform deep cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Ensure that all restrooms, pantries, and break areas are well-stocked with essential supplies.
- Assist in the arrangement of furniture, office equipment, or warehouse items as needed for operational flow.
- Perform minor routine repairs or report facility issues promptly to management.
- Monitor and track inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies when stocks are low.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Assist other departments with manual tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience as a Utility Staff, Janitor, or in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict sanitation protocols.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor and lifting tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and workplace safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Binondo, Metro Manila.
