Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of facilities, common areas, and equipment to maintain a hygienic and presentable environment.
- Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance on various infrastructure components, including plumbing, electrical fixtures, and structural elements.
- Inspect and monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, identifying and reporting any issues or defects promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment or furniture for various events or operational needs.
- Ensure proper waste management and disposal procedures are followed in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain basic tools and machinery required for daily tasks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Provide support for various logistical and operational tasks as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Proven experience in a utility, maintenance, or facilities support role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
