Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of office areas, restrooms, and pantry facilities daily.
- Ensure common areas are tidy, well-organized, and professional at all times.
- Manage the replenishment of office supplies, toiletries, and pantry consumables.
- Assist in the basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment or facility fixtures.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure pantry and breakroom hygiene meets safety standards.
- Support general administrative tasks, including document delivery or messenger errands when required.
- Maintain proper waste segregation and disposal procedures according to building guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience as a utility staff, janitor, or facility maintenance personnel.
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong time-management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high sense of personal integrity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a professional office team.
