Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all plant areas including production floors, restrooms, and common spaces
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and proper waste disposal
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including industrial scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum systems
- Assist with minor facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in janitorial, maintenance, or industrial cleaning roles
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 25kg), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid government-issued ID and work permit (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
