Tanggung Jawab
- Develop user-centered microcopy for interfaces, buttons, notifications, and error messages
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure copy aligns with visual design and brand voice
- Conduct user research to understand pain points and optimize content strategy
- Create and maintain a comprehensive copy style guide and terminology glossary
- Perform content audits to identify inconsistencies and improve clarity
- Partner with product teams to define information architecture and content hierarchies
- Measure copy effectiveness through user testing and analytics
- Advocate for UX writing best practices across the organization
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience
- Portfolio showcasing user-focused copy and content strategy work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Expertise in Indonesian language with exceptional grammar and style
- Strong English communication skills for international collaboration
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects
