Tanggung Jawab
- Safely Operate Vehicles: Drive company vehicles (Lorries/Vans) in compliance with all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Load & Unload Goods: Ensure the correct loading of cargo, securing loads properly to prevent damage during transit, and safely unloading at delivery points.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or damage immediately to the maintenance department.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, receipts, and delivery notes as required by company policy.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients at delivery locations, ensuring a positive brand image for XTREME LOGISTICS.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures regarding hazardous materials (if applicable).
Kualifikasi
- Valid License: Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class C or Class E, depending on vehicle size) and a valid professional driving license (PDL) if required.
- Experience: Proven experience in driving commercial vehicles or lorries within the logistics industry.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry goods, and handle physical demands associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Track Record: Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or accidents in the past 3-5 years.
- Punctuality: Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict schedules.
- Communication: Basic literacy and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
