People Profilers is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vehicle Logistic Assistant to join our team in Queenstown. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom logistics, managing the transport and positioning of vehicles, and maintaining high standards of presentation. We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle the physical demands of the job while providing excellent support to our sales and operations teams.
This is a Contract/Temporary position offering a competitive salary of $2,600 – $2,800 per month. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, handling documentation, and ensuring that all logistics processes comply with safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of showroom vehicles, ensuring they are positioned correctly for viewing and test drives.
- Operate a Class 3 vehicle to transport vehicles between the showroom, storage, and customer locations as required.
- Assist in the preparation of vehicles for sales, including cleaning, detailing checks, and ensuring safety features are functional.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, inventory logs, and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with sales consultants and clients to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and traffic regulations while driving.
- Assist with general showroom duties to support the overall operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or transport role.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights and performing manual handling tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
