As a Technician, you will be the face of our service, ensuring our machines are fully stocked, clean, and operational at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of vending machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Replenish products and restock vending machines according to strict inventory schedules.
- Collect, count, and reconcile cash payments, ensuring accuracy in daily settlements.
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of machine exteriors and internal components.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical or electrical faults on-site.
- Report any major technical issues or safety hazards to the central management team.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and end-users regarding machine availability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in vending machine maintenance or a similar technical trade.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3B driving license is highly desirable for site mobility.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 20kg) and perform manual labor.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for logging work orders and inventory management.
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
