In this role, you will play a critical part in our credit approval process by conducting on-site surveys and verifying collateral. As a Field Surveyor, you will be the face of BFI Finance on the ground, ensuring that our data collection and verification processes are accurate and efficient. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site field surveys to verify collateral and property details accurately.
- Prepare and submit detailed survey reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and explain procedures.
- Maintain a professional, neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to survey volume.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the local branch team to achieve operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Valid Driving License (SIM A) is highly preferred for field mobility.
- Residing in Dharmasraya (Domisili lebih disukai).
- Neat appearance and professional grooming standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the region.
