Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive project-based coding lessons tailored for students aged 11+, incorporating AI tools and concepts.
- Guide students through the entire project development lifecycle, from ideation and design to coding, testing, and presentation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and energetic learning environment that encourages curiosity and innovation.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to students, adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles and paces.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in coding, AI, and educational technology to continually enrich the curriculum.
- Collaborate with the Kodecoon Academy team to develop, refine, and implement innovative lesson plans and course materials.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive learning space.
- Inspire and mentor students to cultivate a strong passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in coding languages relevant to youth education (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Lua).
- Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning principles, and practical experience with AI tools applicable to creative projects.
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring students, particularly in the 11+ age group, in a STEM or coding-related field.
- A strong passion for education, technology, and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and understandable manner for young audiences.
- A proactive, energetic, and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field is preferred.
