Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the sales department to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual performance targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine service offerings and positioning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to influence product strategy and long-term business goals.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to final delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and regional networking.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in CRM tools and advanced data-driven forecasting techniques.
