- Select and optimize viral hooks to maximize viewer retention
- Add strategic subtitles, transitions, and visual effects
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all video outputs
- Track and optimize video performance against engagement targets

- Collaborate with clipper team to align on creative direction
- Ensure timely delivery of content according to production schedules
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in short-form video editing (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Keen eye for visual storytelling and detail-oriented approach
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills preferred
