- Create and edit high-impact video content for luxury property showcases and brand campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand voice and luxury positioning
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance
- Manage content calendar for consistent, high-quality posting schedules
- Produce graphic assets and visual elements to complement video content
- Stay updated with digital marketing tools and platform algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in video editing and social media management for luxury/hospitality brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Excellent visual storytelling and creative composition skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
