We are a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency based in the heart of Makati City, Metro Manila. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our content creation strategy, responsible for producing high-quality video assets across a diverse range of projects. From creating trend-setting reels for social media to producing cinematic event highlight reels and persuasive promotional videos, your work will directly impact our clients' digital footprint.
You will collaborate closely with our directors, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive brand vision. Your day-to-day will involve editing raw footage, adding motion graphics and VFX, color grading for consistency, and sound mixing to perfection. You will manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing creativity.
We are looking for a proactive editor who stays ahead of the curve on video trends, platform-specific requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook), and the latest editing software. You take ownership of your work, from the first cut to the final export.

Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, brand-aligned content including social media reels, corporate videos, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall quality and engagement of video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, techniques, and social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of raw assets, b-roll footage, and finalized projects.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal across all video outputs.
- Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and file sizes for various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent proven work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing reels, short-form content, and event videos.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, timing, and narrative structure in video editing.
- Keen eye for detail, color, composition, and audio quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work full-time, onsite in Makati City.
