Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for creating high-impact digital content? We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer and Video Editor to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be the backbone of our visual identity, turning concepts into compelling video assets that capture attention and drive engagement across various social media platforms.
As our Videographer and Editor, you will oversee the full production lifecycle—from initial storyboard planning and professional filming to post-production editing and sound design. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of industry trends, understands the nuances of short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok), and has a sharp eye for pacing, color grading, and visual aesthetics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Execute professional studio and on-location filming using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Perform comprehensive video editing, including color correction, motion graphics, and sound mixing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and video storyboards.
- Manage production schedules and ensure all deadlines for content delivery are met.
- Optimize video formats for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends and video editing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing videography and professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives.
