As our primary creator, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and transforming raw clips into engaging video content for various platforms. Whether it's promotional content, lifestyle captures, or brand storytelling, you will have the creative freedom to bring your vision to life. Note: This position requires the candidate to reside on-site (mess provided) to ensure seamless production cycles and real-time collaboration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and direct high-quality video content for marketing and social media channels.
- Set up and manage professional lighting, audio, and camera equipment for various shooting environments.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Incorporate motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and execute content strategies.
- Maintain and organize equipment inventory to ensure everything is production-ready.
- Stay up-to-date with current video trends and editing techniques to maintain brand relevance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio is mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of camera techniques, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Willingness to reside at the company-provided accommodation (mess).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
