Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end post-production process, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize creative briefs and storyboards.
- Set up and operate professional lighting, sound, and camera equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, editing techniques, and visual storytelling methods.
- Manage production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Optimize video assets for different social media formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio submission required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera movement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
