Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging Vietnamese language lessons tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Create instructional materials, including handouts, visual aids, and digital content.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent improvement.
- Facilitate immersive learning activities that encourage real-world language application.
- Maintain records of attendance, lesson objectives, and student performance assessments.
- Communicate regularly with students to address learning challenges and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese (written and verbal).
- Strong command of the English language to facilitate effective instruction.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or education is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse learner profiles.
- Patient, reliable, and highly organized with a passion for pedagogy.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible teaching hours effectively.
- Qualification in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is an added advantage.
