We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP Head of Non Direct Sales - Mitra & Telesales to lead our non-direct sales channels and drive FTTH subscriber and revenue growth across Indonesia.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand our market presence through alternative sales channels beyond traditional door-to-door approaches. You will oversee the Mitra (partner) and Telesales channels, building strong relationships with distribution partners while optimizing telesales operations to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure our sales channels are equipped with the right tools, training, and incentives to succeed. Your expertise in telecommunications, particularly FTTH/Fiber networks, will be crucial in positioning our services effectively to both partners and end customers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive non-direct sales strategies to achieve FTTH subscriber and revenue growth targets
  • Lead and manage the Mitra (partner) channel program, including recruitment, training, and performance optimization
  • Oversee Telesales operations to ensure high-quality lead conversion and customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distribution networks and third-party retailers
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to channel effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and incentives for partner channels
  • Manage P&L for non-direct sales channels and report on revenue performance to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth through indirect/channel sales models
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications industry, preferably FTTH/Broadband services
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing large, distributed sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and B2B relationships
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
